Riley Brockway is entering his second year on the Muskingum football staff as an assistant coach for wide receivers.

Before bringing his talents to Muskingum, Brockway played for four years at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, where he was a four-year letterwinner and team captain. In 2017, he earned 1st team All-Conference honors as a wide receiver, 1st team All-Region accolades as a wide receiver, 2nd team All-American honors, and team MVP awards. In 2016, he was awarded 2nd team All-Conference honors as a wide receiver. While on campus, Brockway organized and facilitated the local Unified Sports Day that focused on helping to create fun and rewarding experiences for young athletes.

While being a four-year student-athlete, Brockway also made time for educational experiences at the following high schools: Waverly Shell-Rock High School, Rockford Community School, and Waterloo East. During these educational experiences, Brockway observed and interviewed physical education teachers, calculated and analyzed statistics of each assessment, and spent time teaching students a variety of sports.

Brockway graduated from Wartburg in 2018 with a B.A. in physical education and an endorsement in health & coaching.
