Matt Lowery ‘23 was named assistant director of athletics communication during the summer of 2023. 

During his time at Muskingum, he worked with the athletic department for four years (2019-2023) while obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in sports administration and athletics communication, with minors in business management, communication, and marketing. For the department, Lowery helped manage game day operations, statistics, and social media for 25 varsity sports.  

Outside of Muskingum, Lowery gained experience by working at the NCAA March Madness Tournament (‘23), the NCAA Division III Stagg bowl (‘21), the NFL Draft (‘21), and the NCAA Men's D-3 Golf championships (‘21).
