The Ohio Athletic Conference has named women's cross country sophomore Macy McAdams 2nd team All-OAC. McAdams received this award after finishing 12th out of 119 runners at the OAC Championships.
McAdams ran a career-best 4k time of 15:51.00 at the Muskingum Invitational this season. She also locked in a personal-best 6k time of 21:27.16 at the Waynesburg Invitational.
Earlier this year, McAdams was recognized as the OAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week due to her outstanding performance at the Waynesburg Invitational. She locked in a career-best 6K time of 21:27.16, finishing 2nd and leading the Muskies to a 5th place finish overall.
