Sophomore Macy McAdams was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week following her standout performance at the Waynesburg Invitational.

McAdams finished second with a career-best time of 21:27.2 averaging 5:45 per mile. She guided the Muskies to 5th place in the 11-team field.

McAdams has been the top finisher for the Muskies in all three of their meets, finishing first overall at the Muskingum Invitational, third overall at the Bethany XC Invitational, and second overall at the Waynesburg Invitational. McAdams and the Muskies next travel to Akron for the All-Ohio Championships on Saturday, September 29.
