The Muskingum women's cross country team opened the season with a strong showing at the Muskingum Invitational. 

The Course

• The invitational was held on Muskingum's scenic course.
• The event was a 4K race.

How It Happened

• Sophomore Macy McAdams secured the first-place spot with a time of 15:51.00.
• Sophomore Rachel Timberlake finished second with a final time of 16:38.00.
• Junior Lauren Hunt placed third with a time of 17:26.00.
• Senior Reilly Walsh logged a time of 18:14.00 finishing fourth. 
• Freshman Mikayla Deiotte finished her first collegiate meet fifth with a time of 18:59.00. 
• Senior Keely Ames finished sixth with a time of 19:10.00.
• Sophomore Erin Ball finished 10th with a time of 21:02.00.
• Senior Skylar Vasil finished the invite with a time of 21:24.00.
• Sophomore Demeisha Ransom finished the race with a time of 23:19.00. 
• The Muskies finished with a total time of 1:27:08.
• Bethany ended the event with a total time of 1:59:07.
• Marietta also competed as individuals.
