Volleyball falls in straight sets at Mount Union

The Muskingum volleyball team fell in straight sets to Ohio Athletic Conference foe Mount Union 3-0 (21-25, 19-25, 21-25) Tuesday evening at The McPherson Academic and Athletic Complex.

How It Happened

  • The Muskies were led at the net by junior Chloe Brandewie with a team-high 11 kills.
  • Freshmen Rhieannae Cory and Kennedy Brown guided the attack with 13 assists.
  • As a team, Muskingum finished with 30 kills, 29 assists and 67 digs.
  • Mount Union was led by Mallory Sliman with six kills.
  • Riley Schenk guided the attack for the Purple Raiders with a team-high 15 assists.
