Fobes leads the women's track and field team at the All-Ohio Championships

The Muskingum women's track and field team placed 13th at the All-Ohio Championships hosted by Ohio Wesleyan on Saturday.

The Basics

  • Location: Delaware, Ohio - Ohio Wesleyan
  • Results: Muskingum scored 19.5 points. Ohio Wesleyan won the event with 111 points.

Top Performers

  • Senior Julie Fobes led the Muskies earning All-Ohio honors in the 5,000-meter run finishing third with a time of 18:32.07.
  • Freshman Emily Ellyson tied for fifth place in the high jump with a leap of 1.56 meters.
  • Senior Tristen Wiles finished sixth in the the javelin with a toss of 34.49 meters.
