The Muskingum women's indoor track & field team competed at the Muskie Meet #1 inside the Bullock Health and Wellness Complex on Saturday.
The Basics
- Location: BHWC - New Concord, Ohio
- Event: Muskie Meet #1 - First home event for the Muskies this season.
- Info: As a team, the Muskies finished with 21.50 points and placed 11th.
On the Track
- Junior Abigail Derry finished fifth in the 1 mile run with a time of 5:29.20.
- Junior Alyssa Heinrichs placed seventh in the 100-meter run with a time of 4:07.08.
On the Field
- Senior Jacquelynn Grinnell finished fourth in the triple jump event with a mark of 9.52 meters.
- Junior Amber Corll placed fifth in the weight throw event with a mark of 13.90 meters.
- Sophomore Jessica Dotson logged a seventh-place finish in the shot put event with a mark of 11.60 meters.
- Junior Savannah Strawmyer placed fourth in the pole vault with a mark of 2.75 meters.
