Katie Rooma enters her sixth season as assistant coach for the Muskingum University women’s soccer team.

Rooma, who played collegiately at Gardner-Webb University and Wheeling Jesuit University, brings a wealth of soccer knowledge to the Muskie program. During her playing days, Rooma was a two-time All-American, two-time all-league honoree and a member of four conference championship teams.

Additionally, Rooma has served as a college soccer camp coach and was a representative on the NCAA Division II Student-Athlete Advisory Committee at Wheeling Jesuit.

Rooma is a 2007 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit and 2009 graduate of the Mount Carmel College of Nursing.
