Capital surges past Muskingum

The Muskingum women's soccer team hosted Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) opponent Capital on Tuesday afternoon. The Muskies entered intermission down 2-0 but Capital pulled away in the second half with a five-goal surge.

  • The Crusaders opened the game up in the second half with a five-goal surge.
  • Freshman goalie Katie Bodenmiller played 80 minutes in frame and made eight saves and allowed five goals.
  • Junior Heather Maxwell played the final 10 minutes in goal and allowed two goals.
  • Muskingum ended the outing with eight shots and one corner kick.
