The Muskingum women's soccer team was stung by a second half St. Vincent rally on Saturday afternoon in McConagha Stadium, 2-1. The game marked Muskingum's participation in the Breast Cancer Awareness initiative.
The Basics

How It Happened
- Muskingum struck first in the 37th minute on sophomore Miranda Bishop's first goal of the season. Bishop took a long ball and beat a pair of defenders before finding the back of the net past a diving keeper. Bishop ended the game with a team-best four shots, all of which were on frame.
- St. Vincent tied the game in the 54th minute on Maggie Nelson's goal off an assist from Michaela Lavy.
- The Bearcats tallied the game-winning strike in the 79th minute off the foot of Calsey Holshue. The goal was assisted by Meghan Smith.
- Senior captain Hailey Dickey added two shots to help pace the Muskie attack.
- Muskingum ended the outing with 10 shots.
- St. Vincent logged 22 shots and eight corner kicks.
Between The Pipes
- Junior Liz Mitchell played all 90 minutes in frame for Muskingum and made six saves and allowed two goals.
- Corinne Burk played the entire game in frame for the Bearcats and made five saves and allowed one goal.
