Muskingum senior Jordan Burkholder finished first in the 125-pound class to guide the Muskies at the Waynesburg Tournament on Saturday.
The Basics
- Location: Waynesburg, Pennsylvania
- Finish: Muskingum scored 42.5 points to place 10th in the 18-team field
On the Mat
- Burkholder took first in the 125-pound weight class after going 3-0. He notched two falls and won his final match by decision against Colton Messick of Apprentice.
- Senior Tanner Walker went 3-2 in the 165-pound class. He notched one fall, one technical fall, and one victory in OT.
- Freshman Cooper Hemming recorded three falls to register a 3-2 mark in the 141-pound class. He posted two wins against Washington & Jefferson and one against Gettysburg College.
