Women’s Lacrosse suffers a loss to Baldwin Wallace

The Muskingum women's lacrosse team suffered a loss to the Baldwin Wallace Yellow Jackets on Saturday afternoon, 20-0.

  • Sophomore Courtney Hines recorded a team-best four shots.
  • Freshman Carly Spitz tallied two shots. 
  • Sophomore Hannah Bailey and freshman McKenzie Fuller registered one draw control each. 
  • Hines also grabbed two ground balls. 
  • Sophomore Cieanna Jones played the entire sixty minutes in goal for the Muskies. Jones notched a game-high 11 saves. 
  • Savanna Jaekle guided the Yellow Jackets with four goals. 
  • Brie Martineau dished out a game-best seven assists. 
  • Ashleigh Hildreth secured the win in goal for Baldwin Wallace. Hildreth played all sixty minutes and logged seven saves. 
  • Baldwin Wallace ended the contest with a 43-9 shot advantage. 

  • Baldwin Wallace outshot the Muskies 31-1 to jump out to a 13-0 lead at the half. 
  • In the second half, the Yellow Jackets registered seven consecutive goals en route to the dominating 20-0 victory over the Muskies.
