The Muskingum women's lacrosse team recorded a program-best 23 combined team points as they crushed Ohio Athletic Conference foe Heidelberg on Saturday afternoon, 18-3.

  • Junior Paige Watterman led the Muskies tying a program-best six goals.
  • Junior Ashley Adams added five goals and eight draw controls.
  • Junior Kaeleigh Norvet added a hat trick and four ground balls.
  • Muskingum finished the outing with a season-high 38 shots.
  • Junior Kate Shamel recorded the win in frame making four saves.
  • After falling behind 2-0 early in the first half, Muskingum responded netting 11 straight goals to claim the 13-3 halftime advantage.
  • The Muskies tacked on five more goals in the second half en route to the 18-3 victory.
