The Muskingum women's golf team placed eighth after Round 1 of the OAC Preview on Saturday evening.
The Basics
- The event took place at the River Greens Golf Course.
- As a team, the Muskies had a combined team score of 405.
On The Course
- Leading the Muskies was junior Brittnee Edgar who finished tied for 24th, shooting a 94.
- Sophomore Ericka Marano finished tied for 34th after shooting a 101.
- Sophomore MacKenzie Garber ended the day tied for 39th, shooting a 104.
- Freshman Nyoka Clarke finished in 42nd place, shooting a 106.
- Junior Sara Lowman ender her Day 1 action in 44th place, shooting a 108.
- Ohio Northern finished at a top the leaderboard after Round 1 shooting a combined team score of 339.
- Lydia Cranmer of Ohio Northern finished as the top golfer after Round 1, shooting an 81.

- The Muskies next take the course for Round 2 action at the OAC Preview on Sunday, September 29. The event is set to take place at the River Greens Golf Course.
