Muskingum softball senior first baseman Haley Hawk was named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District 7 team.
Hawk, a nursing major and three-time All-OAC honoree, led the Muskies with a .402 batting average and 53 hits. She also notched 11 doubles, two home runs, and finished tied for second on the team with 29 RBIs. Hawk registered a .466 on-base percentage and .530 slugging percentage.
Earlier this spring, Hawk was also recognized with the Ohio Athletic Conference Clyde Lamb award, which represents the OAC's highest academic and athletic accolade.
Hawk now advances to the CoSIDA Academic All-American ballot with the honorees being announced in late May.
