The Muskingum men's soccer team fell in road action against Bethany on Saturday evening, 4-0.
The Basics

How it happened
- Bethany jumped out to a quick 1-0 lead with a goal by Arnold Fontas-Candida in the 2nd minute.
- The Bison struck again, this time in the 38th minute off a strike from Jack Sella.
- Bethany took a 2-0 lead heading into the break.
- Bethany tallied their third goal of the game when Sabastian Arrocain tapped in his PK opportunity in the 78th minute.
- Edmund Aggrey netted the final Bison goal in the 79th minute to the eventual final score of 4-0.
Inside the Numbers
- Bethany ended the outing with a 13-8 edge on shots and a 5-2 nod in corner kicks.
- Senior Edwin Palou and freshman Filip Milic led the Muskie attack with two shots apiece.
- Junior Abdikani Mohamed, junior Mahfuz Yakubu, senior Thomas Rooney, and junior Morgan McKenna ended the contest each tallying one shot.
- Freshman goalkeeper Evan Laraba grabbed six saves in 90 minutes of work between the pipes.
