The Muskingum men's soccer team scored a late goal to escape with a victory against Waynesburg on Wednesday night, 1-0.

The Breakdown
- Sophomore Bailey Adams broke the scoreless game late in the second half scoring the go-ahead goal for the Muskies in the 81st minute making it 1-0.
- Sophomore JJ Morelli led the Muskie attack with two total shots.
- Junior Jordan Work, sophomore Noah Worley, and junior Logan Gray each had one shot and one shot on goal.
- Senior Chase Michael Hillard also added one shot.
- Junior William Chase Bradshaw played all 90 minutes in frame for the Muskies in his first start of the season and made four saves.
- The Yellow Jackets were led by Daniel Hott with six shots and one shot on goal.
- Nate Kummer and Cam Sutherland each had two shots with one shot on goal for Waynesburg.
- David Brown also added two shots for the Yellow Jackets attack.
- Waynesburg goalkeeper Adam Dolan made three saves in net.
- The Yellow Jackets ended the night outshooting the Muskies, 13-7.
