The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum junior forward Jordan Work was named the OAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week.
Work helped lead the Muskies to a 2-0 week of play with win's against Wittenberg and Thiel. He scored a goal during the 3-2 overtime victory over Wittenberg and followed it with a two goal performance in a 2-1 win against Thiel. Work ended the week with three goals on 9 total shots and six points to help lead the Muskie attack.
On the year, Work has three goals, 12 total shots, eight shots on goal, and six points through the first three games.
The Muskingum men's soccer team next play at Waynesburg on Wednesday, September 4. Game time is slated for 8:00 p.m.
