Men's Soccer falls to Conference rival Marietta

The Muskingum men's soccer team surrendered three second-half goals as it fell to Marietta 5-0 on Wednesday afternoon.

  • Taylor Reasoner recorded a hat-trick for the Pioneers delivering blows in the 8th minute, 34th minute, and the 55th minute.
  • Alex Gruss and Cole Pappas also netted goals for Marietta.
  • Muskingum was led in the contest by senior Nick Koch and junior Trent Newby with one shot on frame.
  • The Muskie finished the contest with five shots and two on frame.

  • Junior Josh Routte got the start in frame for Muskingum making four saves and surrendering five goals.
  • Tyler Sholl claimed the win for Marietta logging 76 minutes of action and making one save.
