Muskingum freshman Chase Michael Hilliard notched the game-winning goal in the 102nd minute of double overtime to give the Muskies a thrilling 2-1 win against conference rival Mount Union.

The Game
- Muskingum struck first in the 32nd minute on senior Logan Lazar's shot from 30 yards. The goal marked Lazar's first of the season.
- Mount Union tied the game on a goal off of a free kick from Aaron Liezert in the 55th minute.
- Hilliard chipped the ball over Mount Union's goalie Dylan Lias in the 102nd minute to propel the Muskies to their first OAC win of the season.
- Mount Union ended the game with a 26-11 advantage in shots.
- Junior Kyle Baker led the Muskies with three shots, including two on frame. Freshman Alex Furst also logged three shots.
- Lazar and Hilliard added two shots and freshman Brock Lam accounted for one shot.

- Freshman Gabriel Kral played the entire game in frame and made two saves and allowed one goal.
- Lias played the entire game in frame and made four saves.
