Men's Lacrosse falls to Otterbein

The Muskingum men's lacrosse team fell to Otterbein on Friday 21-7.

  • Senior Ryan Stacey led the Muskie attack with two goals on eight shots and dished out one assist.
  • Freshman Hazen Powell registered two goals and tallied five ground balls.
  • Junior Nick Klinefelter tallied two goals on three shots.
  • Freshman Brandon Farley played the entire game in frame for the Muskies. Farley saved 10 shots and allowed 21 goals.
  • Otterbein ended the outing with a 56-18 advantage in shots.
  • Xander Seal led the Cardinals with four goals and four assists.
  • Zachary Groene played 15:00 minutes in goal and made two saves.

  • Otterbein took a quick 8-0 lead in the first quarter.
  • In the second quarter, the Cardinals stayed in control, scoring six goals to make it 14-1.
  • Muskingum was able to score two goals in the third quarter while Otterbein tallied four.
  • The Cardinals added three more goals in the fourth quarter en route to their sixth OAC victory.
