Men’s Lacrosse drops OAC contest at Ohio Northern

The Muskingum men's lacrosse team dropped a 17-0 decision at Ohio Northern on Saturday afternoon.

Inside The Numbers

  • Ohio Northern used a 70-4 advantage in shots en route to securing an OAC home victory.
  • Senior Ohlen Rudy led the team with eight ground balls and four caused turnovers.  
  • Sophomore Christopher Shakespeare chipped in with three ground balls.
  • Senior Phillip Dappen played all 60 minutes in goal and tallied 25 saves and grabbed six ground balls.
  • Muskingum finished the contest with 27 ground balls, six caused turnovers, and four shots.
  • Cameron Marous, Max Weese, Shane Olsen, and Nicholas Groves each posted two goals each to guide the Polar Bears. Marous also finished with a team-high four assists.
  • Ohio Northern ended the game with 70 shots, 17 goals, and 10 assists.
