The Muskingum men's golf team finished fourth at the John Carroll Invitational.
The Basics
- The invitational took place in West Lafayette, Ohio.
- As a team, Muskingum shot a 470 (309-161) during the event.
- It was a par 36 course and 3,315 yards long.
On the Course
- Senior Josh Blaustein tied for sixth place in the 52-player field, shooting a 114 (72-42).
- Senior Gordie German also tied for sixth place with a 114 (75-39).
- Sophomore Brenton Franks tied for 25th place with a 118 (78-40).
- Junior Thomas Green shot a 125 (84-41) to finish tied for 31st.
- Senior Derek Crum finished tied for 35th with a 126 (83-43)
- Senior Christian Taylor tied for 35th place with a 126 (85-41).
- Sophomore Matthew Shumar tallied a 134 (89-45) and finished tied for 46th.
- Senior Caleb Patton ended the match in 52nd place and shot a 154 (105-49).
- Baldwin Wallace captured first place after scoring a combined team total of 445 (300-145).
- Benjamin Gleichauf from John Carroll won medalist honors with a 106 (75-31).
