The Muskingum men's golf team finished seventh at the Mount Union Fall Invitational. The two-day event was held Saturday-Sunday.
The Basics
- The invitational took place in Alliance, Ohio.
- As a team, Muskingum shot a 625 (311-314) during the event.
- It was a par 72 course and 3,127 yards long.
On the Course
- Senior Josh Blaustein tied for 10th place in the 70-player field, shooting a 150 (72-78).
- Sophomore Brenton Franks tied for 25th place with a 154 (76-78).
- Senior Christian Taylor tied for 39th place with a 159 (80-79).
- Junior Thomas Green shot a 162 (83-79) to finish tied for 49th.
- Senior Derek Crum finished the Muskie scoring with a 169 (84-85) to finish tied for 62nd.
- Senior Gordie German played as an individual and placed 51st with a 163 (82-81).
- Baldwin Wallace captured first place after scoring a combined team total of 594 (297-297).
- Ben Foltz from Wooster won medalist honors with a 145 (70-75).
