• Marcus Dempsey erupted with 40 points for the Muskingum University men's basketball team, but Ohio Northern's .609 shooting from the floor gave the hosts the 108-87 win on Saturday night. Dempsey went 13-of-26 from the floor, which included 4-of-8 from the arc, and grabbed five rebounds. This was the third time in six games he has registered 40 plus points.
• The Muskies are sixth in the OAC standings with a 4-4 record.
