Football vs. Marietta (Senior Day)

The Muskingum football team ended its season with a 24-14 victory against rival Marietta on Senior Day in McConagha Stadium on Saturday. With the win, Muskingum moved to 5-0 all-time in the Shriner series. The contest saw senior wide receiver James Washington end his as career as the all-time leader in receptions (133) and receiving yards (2,145). Senior receiver Alvin Taylor also etched his name in the record books with a 97-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. It is the second longest return in Muskingum history.
