The Muskingum archery team traveled to Rend Lake College where they showed out at the USA Archery Northern Collegiate 3D Regionals.
The Basics

In the Field
- The Muskies took home five first place finishes and four third place finishes.
On day one
- Freshman Kelly Hawvermale led the Muskies with first place finish in the women's barebow. Hawvermale was crowned the Regional Champion.
- Senior Grace Pedersen took a third-place finish in the women's fixed pins.
- Sophomore Gage Kennedy competed in the men's barebow. Kennedy took third place on the podium.
On day two
- The barebow mixed team took home the top spot. The team was made up of freshman Kelly Hawvermale and sophomore Gage Kennedy.
- The fixed pins mixed team earned third place. Senior Grace Pedersen and senior Wes Ellsworth were the two that competed in this event.
- The women's fixed pins team finished first. The team was made up of senior Grace Pedersen, freshman Samantha Hibbler, and junior Jayden Theison.
- The women's barebow team of freshman Kelly Hawvermale, sophomore Carlie Ellsworth, and junior Shawna Wickmann finished with a first-place medal.
- Sophomore Gage Kennedy, sophomore Eric Pascual and freshman Carter Takarsh were a part of the men's barebow team that won first place.
- Junior Kylee Brookover, sophomore Kaitlyn Oswald, and sophomore Alexandria Marsh took third place as they competed in the women's, compound team.

The Muskies will next compete in Foley, Alabama at the USA Archery Collegiate 3D National Championships on Thursday, October 3.
