The Muskingum volleyball team traveled to Springfield, Ohio for a Tri-Match against the top-ranked team in NCAA DIII Wittenberg University and Oberlin College on Saturday afternoon. The Muskies are now 12-2 on the season after beating Oberlin in straight sets (3-0), while falling in a hard-fought battle with Wittenberg in four sets (3-1).
The Muskingum women’s soccer team tabbed three-second half goals, after trailing 1-0 at intermission, to defeat Bethany (W.V.), 3-1, at home on Saturday afternoon. During the Pink Game, the Muskies raised over $500 that will be donated to a local cancer charity.
The Muskingum football team fell against Ohio Athletic Conference rival Marietta in the annual Shriner Game on a hot Saturday afternoon in Marietta, 49-25. Muskingum is now 7-2 all-time in the Shriner series.

Freshman quarterback Brody Hahn set school records for passing yards and total offense in a game en route to leading a fourth-quarter comeback that fell short in a 41-27 loss at Otterbein on Saturday afternoon. The game marked the Ohio Athletic Conference opener for both teams.
